"Shake the Lakes" 5K is returning for its fourth year on Saturday, October 10, 2026. Head to Hillsboro, IL, and join us for a scenic one mile, 5K, or Challenge Race through the beauty of Lake Glenn Shoals and Sherwood Forest Campgrounds. Feeling festive? Wear your Halloween costume. After the race, visit downtown Hillsboro and enjoy a little small-town hospitality at one of our local eateries and breweries.
