Line up at 8:45 a.m. -- Judging and Photos at 9:15 a.m. -- Parade Kickoff at 10 a.m. Children 12 and under that participate will receive free carnival ride tickets. Pullers may be older but are not eligible for tickets. Horses and ponies will no longer be allowed for safety reasons. Floats and mini floats may be pulled by motorized utility tractors. No large tractors, 4-wheelers, or ATVs of any kind. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. Entries with animals must be registered in the Pet category. Participants should be at the Hillsboro Methodist Church Parking lot no later than 9 a.m. to be eligible for judging at 9:15 a.m.. Participants may be dropped off at the parking lot - vehicles may not park in the lot. Photos will be taken prior to the parade kickoff this year.
